Shock your body to increase strength

To increase your Tricep pulldowns strength training, you may need to change your routine. Your body tends to get used to doing the same exercises all the time.

The key to building strength is to warm up. You want to have a hundred percent of your strength when you begin your workouts. Also, by doing so, you can avoid serious injuries to your triceps.


Eat healthy and eat big

Make sure to give your body plenty of protein, complex carbohydrates, water, and vitamins every day.


Train Emotionally and Physically

Begin every lift by motivating yourself......

......Think big to lift big!

Take a few seconds befor every lift to help motivate yourself to make the lift. If you want to build tricep pulldowns strength training, by staying motivated, you will succeed.


Get plenty of rest and sleep

To increase the strength when doing tricep pulldowns, you must rest! Your muscles grow mostly when you are sleeping. Be sure to have yourself around 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
