Here is my transformation story......
I was a great football athlete
and was on my way to getting a f
ull scholarship to
play football, but the problem was, I was underweight by 20 pounds and
I was too small to play college football, so I had to start training
hard and fast.
When I first started training, it was mind boggling and I really didn't
know much besides what I saw other people doing at the gym and during
football weight training. I was weighing in at about 150lbs and I
wanted to get bigger, but before I began my journey on getting bigger,
I needed to get smarter..... and that's by mastering information on workout
routines, training programs, supplements, vitamins, building muscle
mass, and many other tips.
Basically, anything that deals
with being healthy, in shape, and 20 pounds bigger. In fact, by
following what other people were doing at the gym obviously was not
working for me, so I used that as a motivation tool and became well
aware of any muscle fitness tips.
I did my research and found help and great advices that really gave me
an edge on succeeding, so then I decided to take it for a test drive.
Next thing you know, I was gaining a couple of pounds every week and I
never gave up. I decided to research some more on supplements, and
believe me, by doing so, it worked like magic. My bench press
increased, as well as my

squats, power cleans, arm curls, and many
more. I went from weighing in at 150 lbs to 173 lbs of muscle. I
completely achieved a total transformation of my body.
How great is that!! If I can do it, anyone can! I then led on to
become a personal fitness trainer, and now I am very good at my job and
I love it with a passion.
