Torso Rotation Exercise Using A Cable

The cable torso rotation exercise works out the core and the oblique muscles of your abdominals. It's an exercise that works great for your abdominal muscles. This is definetley an exercise that can and will tighten up those ab muscles.

This exercise will develop the entire core and oblique muscles of your abdominals if done correctly and properly.

Here are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of how to do the exercise:

Tips:
  • Be sure to use only the torso to complete the exercise.
  • Do not fully relax at the starting position.
  • Do not use your torso to the exercise because that will be a complete waste of time.
  • Breathe out as your rotating your arms from the starting position.

Cable Rotation With Your Torso

  • Begin by getting yourself a shoulder high pulley cable machine.
  • With both arms extended towards the stack and your left side to the stack of weights.
  • Step away from the rack until you feel some sort of tension.
  • With your arms straight out, rotate your shoulders to the right
  • Then return back to its original position
  • Repeat the process as needed.
