Torso Rotation Exercise Using A Cable
The cable torso rotation
exercise

This exercise will develop the entire core and oblique muscles of your
abdominals
if done correctly and properly.

Tips:
- Be sure to use only the torso to complete the
exercise.
- Do not fully relax at the starting position.
- Do not use your torso to the exercise because that
will be a complete waste of time.
- Breathe out as your rotating your arms from the
starting position.
Cable Rotation With Your Torso
- Begin by getting yourself a shoulder high pulley
cable machine.
- With both arms extended towards the stack and your
left side to the stack of weights.
- Step away from the rack until you feel some sort of
tension.
- With your arms straight out, rotate your shoulders to
the right
- Then return back to its original position
- Repeat the process as needed.
