if done correctly and properly.

are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of
how to do the exercise:

- Contract your muscle during every repetition.
- Reach for your toes.
- Complete your repetition with control.
Touch
Exercise
- While lying on your back, extend our legs and arms
toward the ceiling.
- Slowly lift your head and shoulders.
- As you curl upward, attempt to reach as high as
possible with your fingers.
- Hold onto that position.
- Then return to the starting position.
- Repeat the process as needed.
