Toe Touch Abdominal Exercises


The toe touch exercise works out the core muscles of your abdominals. It's an exercise that works great for your core muscles. This is definetley an exercise that can and will tighten up those ab muscles.

This exercise will develop the entire core muscles of your abdominals if done correctly and properly.




Here are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of how to do the exercise:

Tips:
  • Contract your muscle during every repetition.
  • Reach for your toes.
  • Complete your repetition with control.

  Touch Exercise
  • While lying on your back, extend our legs and arms toward the ceiling.
  • Slowly lift your head and shoulders.
  • As you curl upward, attempt to reach as high as possible with your fingers.
  • Hold onto that position.
  • Then return to the starting position.
  • Repeat the process as needed.
