exercise for developing your agility ability. It increases your
ability to cut better, change of directions, stop and etc........

by every and all sports and even the pros like the NFL, NHL, NBA, and
many other pro sports.

Here
is a step by step guide to doing this type of exercise. This is
not at all complicated in any way, it's actually quiet simple.
- Be sure you have anwhere from 6-8+ cones in hand for
this training exercise.
- Set up those 6-8 cones about 1 meter apart in a
straight line.
- Start from the end that you call the starting line.
- Weave through the cones from a left to right or a
right to left pattern which ever you prefer from one end to the other
and come back to the beginning.
- Repeat this process again.
