"Sudden Death" Exercise and Stay healthy

Sudden death is something that nobody deserves to go through, but by being overweight, obese, and or unhealthy, sudden death is definetly a good possibilites.

Now, we will be discussing life and obesity and how being overweight can lead you to a death sentence.  Therefore, we will be discussing lifestyle changes and how to manage your decision making to help your become a more healthier and productive individual.

When an individual is obese or overweight, he or she is unhealthy, but primarily, he or she is not taking care of their lives.  They are punishing their bodies with the addictive behavior of over eating. 

Although food is extremely important for your body and health, but it can also be a death sentence if used to hide your emotions, sad, mad, or etc.  Now, think about your health and consider doing a LIFESTYLE CHANGE.



Lifestyle Changes

Consider some lifestyle changes when trying to prevent an early death sentence because you are either overweight or obese. Therefore, we have to come up with a full proof plan that will work and give you a one hundred percent satisfaction.

Follow these simple guidelines to help you get started for success:
  1. Be strong and stay motivated.
  2. Write down three goals on lifestyle changes and why you want to be healthy and in good condition.
  3. Always picture yourself in how you want to look when you achieve your goals.
  4. Talk to a nutritionist and make a nutrition plan and with healthy foods with smart choices.
  5. Have a personal trainer create the perfect exercise program for you.
  6. Stay motivated, motivated, motivated.
  7. Always take pictures of all your changes.
  8. Keep a diary of all your goals achieved, tell how you feel, and write down all your emotions.
  9. Keep and diet and nutrition logs.
  10. Keep a good weight training log.
