Everybody's body works differently, therefore, there are different ways to increase your squats for different people. The best way for you to increase your strength is to try some of these tips and find out which on works best for you.





Squats Strength Training Tips




















Shock your body to increase strength

To increase squats strength training, you may need to change your routine. Your body tends to get used to doing the same exercises all the time.

......Your muscles needs to be shocked every so often!

Try switching from doing barbell squats, then to dumbbell squats, and then back again to the barbell squats. You could try switching from barbell to dumbbells every week or month.

......Which ever way that works best for you!


Don't Overtrain

......Doing lots of sets when training or training 6 times a week does not increase your squats strength training program.

Stick to squats at least once a week. Retain from doing any squating or leg workouts if your quads or leg muscles are still sore from your last legs workout. This will cause more damage to your muscles than good.


Always Make Sure You Warm-up

The key to building strength is to warm up properly. You want to have a hundred percent of your strength when you begin your workouts. Also, by doing so, you can avoid serious injuries to your hamstrings, quads, or calves.


Make squats your first exercise

Are you doing any other exercises before you do squats?.......

............. Don't!

Make squats your first workout because it is the biggest exercise. When working out legs, make squats your number one priority.


Eat healthy and eat big

........You have to eat big to get big!

It's true! To increase your strength in squats, begin a musce building diet to help increase weight. By doing so, you will increase strength and squats.

Make sure to give your body plenty of protein, complex carbohydrates, water, and vitamins every day.


Train Emotionally and Physically

Begin every lift by motivating yourself......

......Think big to lift big!

Take a few seconds befor every lift to help motivate yourself to make the lift. If you want to build squats strength training, by staying motivated, you will succeed.


Keep Your Back Straight

Keep your feet firmly gripped to the floor. Do not move your feet until you have finished your set. Try to create a stable foundation throughout all your sets.


Get plenty of rest and sleep

To increase the strength when doing squats, you must rest! Your muscles grow mostly when you are sleeping. Be sure to have yourself around 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
