Try switching from doing barbell squats, then to dumbbell squats,
and then back again to the barbell squats. You could try switching
from barbell to dumbbells every week or month.

Stick to squats at least once a week. Retain from doing any squating or

foundation throughout all your sets.
Get plenty of
rest and sleep
To increase the strength when doing squats, you must rest! Your
muscles grow mostly when you are sleeping. Be sure to have yourself
around 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
