Tips:
- Contract your muscle during every repetition.
- Keep your kneck straight and do not pull your kneck
forward.
- Place your arms across your chest
- Complete your repetition with total control.
Exercise
- Begin the exercise by placing your feet anchored
under a sturdy object.
- Then lie down with your knees bent.
- Then, fold your arms across your chest or just hold
your hands behind your ears.
- Use your abs to flex your spine and slowly lift your
upper body.
- Finally, roll back down, slowly with control,
- Repeat as many times as need.
