Single Leg Squat Exercise

The single leg squat exercise is a great way of executing a good muscle building program for your legs.  This is an exercise that you would like to start off by using small weights and gradually work your way up with experience.

However, if you want your legs to look proportion with one another, then building strong quads is an essential part of succeeding.  You have to look proportion to look good.  Having strong quads can give you the explosivness you need when playing any sports.

Squat Exercise

Description

  1. Stand on your involved leg.
  2. Firmly grip the bar.
  3. Bend your knees to a 90 degree angle.
  4. Fully extend your legs completely.
  5. Repeat the process.
