Seated Twist Exercise Using A Medicine Ball


The seated twist exercise using a medicine ball works out the oblique muscles of your abdominals. It's an exercise that works great for your core oblique muscles. This is definetley an exercise that can and will tighten up those ab muscles.

This exercise will develop the entire oblique muscles of your abdominals if done correctly and properly.




Here are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of how to do the exercise:

Tips:
  • Contract your muscle during every repetition.
  • Keep your kneck straight and do not pull your kneck forward.
  • Contract your muscles until your elbows touches your knees.
  • Complete your repetition without losing your balance or control.

  Twist Exercise
  • With a partner, sit back to back on bench with space between each other.
  • Place each foot flat on the floor.
  • Have one partner hold onto the medicine ball with both hands.
  • Then both individuals rotate their body towards the same direction.
  • The first partner hands over the medicine to the second partner.
  • Both individuals do the same in the opposite direction.
  • Repeat the process as needed.
