Seated Leg Curl Exercise


The seated leg curl is a great exercise and muscle building program that will not only help develop muscle growth, but also develop and build strength.  This is a great strength building exercise for all athletes including football players, baseball players, gymnists, and etc.

However, if you want to become a bodybuilder, then building strong hamstrings is an essential part of succeeding.  You have to look proportion to be the best, and by having big quads and small hamstrings will definetly keep you from winning any competitions.




Here you will find a step by step description on how to properly do this exercise:

Description
  1. Sit down on a hamstring machine station.
  2. Begin moving both legs downwards until you can't go downwards any further.
  3. The weight must be completely lowered to the ground.
  4. Then bring the legs to its original position.
