Saxon Side Bend Exercise

The saxon side bend exercise works out the oblique muscles of your abdominals. It's an exercise that works great for your oblique muscles. This is definetley an exercise that can and will tighten up those ab muscles.

This exercise will develop the entire oblique muscles of your abdominals if done correctly and properly.




Here are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of how to do the exercise:

Tips:
  • Keep your back straight when doing the exercise.
  • Keep your arms steady without any movement.
  • Do not move your legs when doing this exercise because that will be a completely wrong.

Saxon Bend Exercise
  • Begin by holding a pair of lightweight dumbbells over your head with your elbows slightly bent.
  • Next, keep your back straight and slowly bend to the right as far as possible with out twisting.
  • After that, do the same to the left side, and do it without twisting.
  • Repeat the process as needed.
