by Step Guide
Rolling
start is specifically designed to increase your acceleration ability
off the mark and not speed.
Here
is a step by step
process of doing this exercise properly:
- Set up 2 cones out 10-20 meters apart from one cone
to another.
- Start from the beginning mark point.
- Your going to jog from the starting line to the first
(1st) cone and sprint from the first cone to the second (2nd) cone.
- Then slowly jog back to the starting line and repeat
the process over again.
Side Stepping
If
the first training method starts to become a little bit easy to do, try
a more advanced workout that is similart to the one above except you
will be side stepping and not jogging and sprinting.
