This exercise not only works out your chest, but it works out other
secondary muscles as well.
This exercise does not only promote muscle
growth and strength on your chest muscles, but also your front
deltoids, back, abs,
and your tricep muscles.
Pushup
- Begin witht the standard pushup position with
your
hands beneath your shoulders, slightly more than shoulder-width apart.
- Straighten your legs so your body forms a
straight line from head to heels.
- Lower your upper body until your chest is just
off
the floor.
- Push yourself back down to the original
position.
