- Contract your muscle during every repetition.
- You should feel your obliques contracting during the
repition.

Exercise
- Begin by lying on your side with your body in a
straight line and your arms crossed against your chest.
- Lift your legs off the floor, making sure to keep
them tightly bound together.
- Pause for a second, then slowly return to the
starting position.
- Repeat as many times as needed, then switch sides
