Lying Leg Curls

Lying leg curls is a machine exercise that helps build strength and muscle mass in your quadricep muscles.  Its a great way to tighten up and tone those quad muscles.

However, if you want to become a bodybuilder, then building strong hamstrings is an essential part of succeeding.  You have to look proportion to be the best, and by having big quads and small hamstrings will definetly keep you from winning any competitions.

Hamstring Exercises: Leg Curls

Description
  1. On the hamstring machine station, lie on your stomach.
  2. Curl the weight upward until both legs touches the butt.
  3. Fully extend your legs.
  4. Repeat the process slowly to get good muscle contraction.
  5. This is also known as "hamstring curls".
