Machine Leg Press Exercise

The machine leg press exercise is a great way of executing a good muscle building program for your legs.  This is an exercise that you would like to start off by using small weights and gradually work your way up with experience.

However, if you want your legs to look proportion with one another, then building strong quads is an essential part of succeeding.  You have to look proportion to look good.  Having strong quads can give you the explosivness you need when playing any sports.

Machine Exercise

Description

  1. Sit at the leg press machine station.
  2. Place both of you feet on the foot plates with your knees bent.
  3. Make sure that your back is fully supported by backrest.
  4. Push down on foot plate and fully extend out your legs.
  5. Return to the original position and repeat the process.
