The incline bench press is a
very effective exercise that can promote muscle mass and strength
towards the chest muscles.
This exercise not only works
out your chest, but it works out other
secondary muscles as well.
This exercise does not only promote muscle
growth and strength on your chest muscles, but also your front deltoids
and your tricep muscles.
