Unfortunately does not come with instructions just like there is no books on teaching people how to fly.

The only thing that you can do, is ask for help and/or advice.

Yo may be the perosn who compares exercise with sweating, pain, and tight clothes that show every bulge.

You can exercise anywhere such as at work, home, walking the dog, cutting grass, spring cleaning, and so much more.

Exercising can lead you to a longer and healthier life, therefore, we will specifically tell you How to Exercise and How to Do Exercises everything from the basics, tips, and what it means.





The Understanding of How To Exercise

Now, lets start off by helping you understand the components of fitness before you begin on learning how to implement these components to your daily workout routine.

The following should be implemented to any fitness workout routine:
  • Cardio Endurance - This is how well your heart and lungs work properly to supply your body with enough oxygen during your workout.
  • Muscular Endurance - Means, how long you can hold a position or repeat a movement for a certain period of time.
  • Muscular Strength - Having the ability to lift as heavy as you possibly can.
  • Flexibility - How flexible your body moves.
  • Body Composition - Having the proportion of fat compared to bone and muscle. (Example: The percentage of muscle and fat in your body.)

This all has to add up to the fact that you should be doing cardio workouts, resistance training, stretching, and eating a healthy diet if you want to have a proper exercise program.






Implementing How To Exercise


Now, you have to figure out how to fit each of those components that you just read and learned into your life and daily routine.

Start off by following these exercises to implement to your daily workout routine and lifestyle:
  • Cardio - The general rule is to get about 20-3- minutes of cardio exercise at least three (3) times a week. (Example: Walking, jogging, running, walking the dog, cutting the grass, and the list just goes on and on. Before you begin, figure out what your (target heart rate) is and then choose activities that can get your target heart rate to that level.
  • Resistance Training - Weight lifting exercises can increase muscle mass and help raise your metabolism so that you will burn much more calories in a daily basis. It can also help to build bone density. All you need is just a simple workout routine that you can do minimum twice a week. Check out Weight Training to get more ideas, information, and help.
  • Stretching - Now, you're walking, jogging, runnining, or lifting weights and you are feeling great. Remember to stretch! Stretching is very important because it helps prevent many injuries. However, stretching can also help relax your muscles and increase your coodination.



How To Exercise Tips and Tricks


Here are several tips and tricks to take advantage of and to implement on your daily workout routines.
How To Exercise
Follow these guidelines to have a successful programs and training:

  1. Keep track of all your workouts and exercises and keep it organize.
  2. Get yourself a workout partner to help keep you motivated.
  3. Talk to a personal trainer to get professional help with exercises, workouts, and diets that best fits your needs.
  4. Stay active. Do something that will keep you active on a daily basis. Even if you work in an office stay active by doing exercises that is specifically designed for the people who work at an office.
  5. Be positive and focus on nothing else, but the good things. Do not be negative.
  6. Be consistent. Stick with it and never give up and you will see results.
  7. Reward yourself with a massage, a weekend vacation or new workout gear/clothes.

Daily Exercises Checklist:

  1. Get up at least 10 minutes early for a good walk.
  2. Park your car at the end of the parking lot.
  3. Get up at least every hour for a 5-10 minute walk.
  4. Take the stairs at least one time during the day.
  5. If you have a dog. Take your dog out for a long walk.
As a beginner, after reading, understanding, and implementing these tips and advice, you will be ready to move up to the next level. Only if you are ready and what you implemented becomes easy after a while.
