If you do not keep a very strict diet, then you will be wasting your time at the gym. The food that you consume has to be high in lean protein and a complex set of carbohydrates. For example, brown rice, oatmeal, fruits, and plenty of vegetables. Following these guidelines will help eliminate fat and build lots of muscle mass.

Eating the wrong types of food will do absolutely nothing for you and your body. You will be completely wasting your time eating the wrong foods.  Consuming protein shakes is good for building lean muscle mass. However, weight gainers are for indivuals who struggle to gain weight, so weight gaining products can help individuals gain weight.

When you ask anyone, how to become a bodybuider?......

Normally, people will say that you will have to consume about 6-8 small meals a day. However, by not eating every 3-4 hours your body switches to catabolic condition which causes your body to lose muscle and gain fat.

Now that you know what to eat and and how many times a day you should eat lets move forward to working out like a bodybuilder.



Workout Like A Bodybuilder


When you are trying to learn how to become a bodybuilder, a bodybuilder has to workout hard without giving up. Primarily, a bodybuilder has to work on their strength and endurance such as squats, leg curls, bench press, sit-ups, pull-ups, arm curls, pushdowns, deadlifts, and etc.

Doing cardio workouts is also very important because it helps with burning, building endurance, and more energy.

To grow big muscles, you have to do about 4-6 reps all heavy for every set and you should be increasing in weights every week for every exercises that you do.

You also have to do overload workouts where you have to constantly increase in weights to put more stress on the muscle. Doing fatigues is also extrememly important to build muscle, so that is definetly recommended for all bodybuilder want to be's.





Rest Like A Bodybuilder


Rest, rest, and rest is the key to building muscle. By resting, protein synthesis begins to concentrate on the muscles after overloading your muscles from working out. It is essential to sleep for about 7-9 hours well rested to get the full benefits of building muscle.



Stay Motivated Like A Bodybuilder


How to become a bodybuilder is not as easy as it sounds now doesn' it.  As you can tell, becoming a bodybuilder requires dedication, motivation, and lots and lots of desire and will power.

Stay focused on your goals and keep at it and by the time you know it, you will be where you want to be, but as soon as you lose focus and motivation.......

Before you begin your bodybuilding training program, you will need to do a complete check up on your body to see if you are healthy. During your weeks, months, and maybe even years of bodybuilding, be sure to stay on point with your doctor. Have your blood checked out at least once a month or once every two months.
