High Woodchopper Exercise

The high woodchopper exercise is a great exercise to develop abdominal muscles. This exercise deveops the upper core of your abdominal muscles.

It would definetley tighten up those core muscles and show those abdominal muscles.




Here are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of how to do the exercise:

Tips:
  • Be sure to use only the torso to complete the exercise.
  • Do not use your arms to do the exercise.
  • Do not use your legs to the exercise.

Woodchopper Exercise
  • Begin by standing perpendicular to the cable machine station while the cable is place firmly in the top position.
  • With both hands, grab the cables and bring them across your body from the top to the bottom of the body.
