composition is normally the amount of muscle, fat, bone, cartilage, and
much more that makes up our entire bodies.
The amount of muscle and fat that our bodies carry does seem to vary
from people to people. A healthy amount of body is 15%-18% for
men and for women 20%-25%.

to maintain a healthy body percentage because of:
