Front Squat Exercise

Doing the front squat exercise is a great way of executing a good muscle building program for your legs.  This is an exercise that you would like to start off by using small weights and gradually work your way up with experience.

However, if you want your legs to look proportion with one another, then building strong quads is an essential part of succeeding.  You have to look proportion to look good.  Having strong quads can give you the explosivness you need when playing any sports.

Squat Exercise

Description

  1. Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart.
  2. Toes should be aligned with your knees and pointed out.
  3. Firmly grip the bar with the bar resting on your shoulders.
  4. Squat down until thighs are just about parallel with floor while arching your back, similar to sitting in a chair.
  5. Return to the original position and repeat the process.
