Anatomy of The Forearm Muscle

Forearm MuscleThe forearm muscle has approximately three muscles that collectively creates this major muscle. These muscles are known as Pronator Teres, Brachioradialis. Together, they stretch from the elbows all the way to the finger tips which is almost parallel.

The pronator teres is the muscle is the distal end of the medial humerus and medial aspect of ulna.

The Brachialis is the anterior humerous muscle that helps with the flexing of the elbow.

However, the brachioradialis muscle distals two-thirds of lateral condyloid ridge of humerus.








    Functions    



The primary functon of these muscles is to help give the elbow the up and down motion.

The secondary fuction for these muscles is to give you the helping hand for pulling.

Palms-Up Wrist Curl (Barbell)
