Follow The Leader

Follow the leader is an exercise drill that helps develop reaction time, acceleration, and speed endurance.  It was created to help individuals and athletes develop their agility training to give them that extra edge doing any competition.

Here is a step by step guidelines on this training method on how to do this exercise well and properly.




The Leader Drill

Here is a step by step process right below when doing this drill:
  1. The first thing that you will do is to get a partner for this drill.
  2. Have your partner jog, sprint, or run randomly over a very large area if possible.
  3. Try to shadow your partner as close as possible.
  4. Repeat this process all over again.
