Figure 8 Crunch Exercise


The figure 8 crunch exercise works out the oblique muscles of your abdominals. It's an exercise that works great for your core oblique muscles. This is definetley an exercise that can and will tighten up those ab muscles.

This exercise will develop the entire oblique muscles of your abdominals if done correctly and properly.




Here are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of how to do the exercise:

Tips:
  • Contract your muscle during every repetition.
  • Keep your kneck straight and your back straight.
  • Tuck your hands behind your head without lifting at all.

  Crunch Exercise
  • Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent at a 90 degree angle.
  • Get a light medicine ball and squeeze it tightly between your legs.
  • Place your hands behind your ears and slowly raise your head, shoulders, and feet on off the floor.
  • Now, move your knees in a wide figure 8 motion.
