The dumbbell twist exercise

This exercise will develop the entire core oblique muscles of your
abdominals
if done correctly and properly.

Tips:
- Be sure to only twist the hips when doing this
exercise.
- Do not over twist to roughly or you may cause injury.
- Make sure to keep your back straight and do not bend
your back even if you want.
- Do not let the dumbbell extend beyond the abdominal
region.
- Keep the weight close to your body all the time.
- Do not move the head.
- The focus movement is minimal, so focus on squeezing
the abs at all times.
Twist Exercise
- Begin by standing with your feet shoulder width apart
and grab onto a pair of dumbbells with each hand.
- With your elbows tucked in firmly, position the
dumbbells close to your chest nice and tight.
- While firmly squeezing your abdominal muscles, twist
the weights from left to right only using your hips and abdominals as
movement.
- Repeat the process as needed.
