Dumbbell Lunges

Dumbbell lunges is a great way of executing a good muscle building program for your legs.  This is an exercise that you would like to start off by using small weights and gradually work your way up with experience.

However, if you want to become a bodybuilder, then building strong hamstrings is an essential part of succeeding.  You have to look proportion to be the best, and by having big quads and small hamstrings will definetly keep you from winning any competitions.

Here you will find a step by step description on how to properly do this exercise.



Hamstring Exercises: Lunges

Description
  1. With both hands, firmly grab the dumbbells.
  2. Move your left foot forward and bend both knees.
  3. Be sure that you left foot is flat on the floor and your right knee is touching the floor.
  4. Return your left foot back to the original position.
  5. Repeat the process with the other foot.
