RAISES
This shoulderexercise focuses on the medial deltoid (
middle part of the shoulder).
- Stand and place the dumbbells in front of your
body, palms facing towards each other.
- Keep your elbows and knees bent and not
straight, squeeze your abs tight and your shoulders relaxed.
- Raise your arms up and out to your sides in a
wide arc to about
shoulder level.
- Slowly return to the original position and
repeat the process.
