Dumbbell Incline Press

The dumbbell incline press is a very effective exercise that can promote muscle mass and strength towards the chest muscles.

This exercise not only works out your chest, but it works out other secondary muscles as well.

This exercise does not only promote muscle growth and strength on your chest muscles, but also your front deltoids and your tricep muscles.



Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
  • Lay face-up looking at the ceiling on an incline bench and hold a pair of dumbbells on the outside of your chest with an overhand grip.
  • Press the weights straight above your chest. similar to bench pressing.
  • Pause for a second, then lower them to the original position.
  • Then repeat the process.
