This exercise does not only promote muscle growth and strength on your
chest muscles, but also your front deltoids and your tricep muscles.

Incline Bench Press
- Lay face-up
looking at the ceiling
on an incline bench and hold a pair of dumbbells on the outside of
your chest with an overhand grip.
- Press the
weights straight above your chest. similar to bench pressing.
- Pause for a
second, then
lower them to the original position.
- Then repeat the
process.
