FRONT
RAISES
This shoulder exercise focuses on the front side of your
shoulders (
anterior deltoid).
- Start at the standing position with the
dumbbells in front of your body, palms facing your legs.
- Bend your elbows and kneew slightly, squeeze
your abs tight and shoulders relaxed.
- Begin to raise your arms in front of your body
until the dumbbells reaches shoulder
level. Remember, keep good posture.
- Slowly return to the original position and
repeat the process.
