Dumbbell Bench Press

The dumbbell bench press is a very effective exercise that can promote muscle mass and strength towards the chest muscles.

This exercise not only works out your chest, but it works out other secondary muscles as well.

This exercise does not only promote muscle growth and strength on your chest muscles, but also your front deltoids and your tricep muscles.

Dumbbell Press
  • Lay on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor.
  • Grab the bar about slightly more than shoulder-width apart and hold it over your chest.
  • Pull your shoulder blades down and together and then lower the bar to down to your chest.
  • Keep your elbows tucked in, then pause for a second, then push the weight back up.
