Close Grip Exercise
- Just like if you wer doing bench press, lie on
a flat bench with your feet placed firmly on the floor.
- With your palms facing forward, place your
hands on the bar close together and begin lifting.
- While keeping your elbows close to the side of
your body, lower the bar down towards your chest.
- Press the bar back up to the original
position.
- Repeat the process.
