Boxing Training

Boxing training and agility exercises are always the key to the boxer winning their matches and for going all 12 rounds with out being better prepared then the opponent. 
Boxing Training
Training focuses on smooth coordinations of multiple muscle groups for power.  It primarily focuses on power, power endurance, muscle endurance, and anaerobic/aerobic endurance.

.......That is what it takes to become the next great boxer. 

However, it does take time to develop all these skills and talents.  It takes lots of time and patience, but when it's developed, you will be great.  Remember, NO PAIN, NO GAME!!!





Boxing training


Boxers normally wants to become the best of the best.  Im sure if it was simple, everyone would be the best.  Good boxing workouts, boxing exercises, and training programs is what will do it for the individual athletes. 

However, not all athletes are suited for this sport.  This sport is difficult, and only the people who really wants it and are motivated will have what it takes. 

This training incorporates five of the most important values when training:
  • Agility
  • Reaction
  • Balance
  • Acceleration
  • Deceleration



Boxing & Agility

Agility training helps an athlete improve ground based through direction.  It aligns the boxers force productivity.  By training an athletes foot work, foot speed, movements, change of direction, and cutting abilities and athletes can definetly help evade punches.


Boxing & Reaction

The quicker and faster your reaction time is, the higher your chances are for success.  Reaction training helps develop not only your hand and eye coordination, but your total body reaction.


Boxing & Balance

In training, balance is the up most important part of being a boxer.  Reinforcing your fundamental stance is a must to help a boxer from looking uncoordinated or unbalanced in the ring.  It helps transfer your power from the ground up.


Boxing & Acceleration


Acceleration is only a success through your force production which causes an increase in momentum. 


Boxing & Deceleration

This is a common cause for athletic injuries.  This means, the deceleration of force which decreases your momentum.
