BMI Calculator (Body Mass Index)

Calculator Instruction


To know your body index first you must:

  1. Select your height in feet.
  2. Next, select your height in inches.
  3. Then, punch in your weight in pounds.
  4. Finally, just wait and see what your body mass index.

What your results mean:

Your height is feet inches.
Your weight is lbs.
Your BMI is
(BMI 18.5)  (BMI = 24.9) "You are at your normal weight."
(BMI  24.9) (BMI = 29.9)  "You are overweight."
(BMI  29.9) (BMI = 39.9)  "You are obese." "You are morbidly obese."
