Barbell Bench Press
Bench press is one of the
most effictive exercises for the chest muscles to build muscle mass and
strength.
This exercise not only works out your chest, but it works out other
secondary muscles as well. This exercise does not only promote muscle
growth and strength on your chest muscles, but also your front deltoids
and your tricep muscles.
Barbell Press
- Lay on a
bench with your feetlying flat on the floor.
- Grab the bar
about slightly more than shoulder-width apart and hold it
over your chest.
- Then pull
your
shoulder blades down and together, then lower the bar down to your chest
- Keep your
elbows tucked in, then pause for a second, then push the weight back up
and repeat the process.
