Barbell Deadlift

Barbell deadlift is a great exercise and muscle building program that will not only help develop muscle growth, but also strength.  This is a great strength building exercise for all athletes including football players, baseball players, and etc.

However, if you want to become a bodybuilder, then building strong hamstrings is an essential part of succeeding.  You have to look proportion to be the best, and by having big quads and small hamstrings will definetly keep you from winning any competitions.

Hamstring Exercises: Deadlift

Description
  1. Place the barbell on the floor in front of your feet.
  2. Using an overhand grip, squat down and firmly grip the barbell.
  3. Grip the barbell just a bit more than shoulder width apart.
  4. Begin lifting the barbell and then stand straight up.
  5. Squat down and place the barbell back on the floor.
