Barbell Cable Roll Exercise


Barbell cable roll exercise works out the core muscles of your abdominals. It's an exercise that works great for your abdominal muscles. This is definetley an exercise that can and will tighten up those ab muscles.

This exercise will develop the entire core muscles of your abdominals if done correctly and properly.




Here are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of how to do the exercise:

Tips:
  • Be sure to roll out during the process.
  • Do not use your arms at all to do the exercise because you will be completely wasting your time.
  • Do not use your legs to the exercise because that will be a complete waste of time.
  • Use your body to roll out and be sure to feel the resistance.

  Roll Out Exercise

  • Pull the ankle strap around the middle of the barbell and attach it to low pulley and select the weight that fits you best.
  • With your back facing the weights, kneel and have the cable run between your legs.
  • Brab the barbell shoulder width apart with an overhead.
  • Then roll out and feel the resistance.
  • Then repeat the process as needed.
