if done correctly and properly.

Tips:
- Be sure to roll out during the process.
- Do not use your arms at all to do the exercise
because you will be completely wasting your time.
- Do not use your legs to the exercise because that
will be a complete waste of time.
- Use your body to roll out and be sure to feel the
resistance.
Roll Out Exercise
- Pull the ankle strap around the middle of the barbell
and attach it to low pulley and select the weight that fits you best.
- With your back facing the weights, kneel and have the
cable run between your legs.
- Brab the barbell shoulder width apart with an
overhead.
- Then roll out and feel the resistance.
- Then repeat the process as needed.
