Bar Crunch Exercise
The bar crunch exercise
works out the core muscles of your abdominals. It's an exercise that
works great for your abdominal muscles. This is definetley an exercise
that can and will tighten up those ab muscles.
This exercise will develop the entire core muscles of your abdominals
if done correctly and properly.
Here
are some tips to understand and implement as well as a description of
how to do the exercise:
Tips:
- Be sure to use only the torso to complete the
exercise.
- Firmly tighten those abs at the top of each crunch.
- Make sure your back doesn't arc off the floor or mat.
Weighted
Bar Exercise
- Begin on your back with a weight bar right above your
head and both legs straight out.
- Lift both of your legs off of the floor an squeeze
and crunch your stomach up towards your ankles.
- Then use your abs to firmly squeeze your stomach and
be sure to only use your abs during the workout.
- Repeat the process as needed.
