if done correctly and properly.

- Be sure to roll out during the process.
- Keep your arms straight and your legs straight.
- Keep total control of your body and do not lose any
control
- Use your body to roll out and be sure to feel the
resistance.

- Begin this exercise with the wheel at your feet and
your arms and legs straight.
- After doing so, rollout as far as you can without
losing control.
- Then pull back the wheel until your hands and feet
come back together.
- Then repeat the process as needed.
