- To make the exercise less stable, move your feet
closer together.
- Do not contract your muscles all the way.
- Contract your muscles no more than 45 degrees.

- Begin this exercise by getting a medicine ball and
sitting on it with your feet flat on the floor.
- Let the ball roll back slowly and lie back until your
thighs and back is parallel with the floor.
- Contract and squeeze your abdominals by raising your
torso to about a 45 degree angle.
- Then repeat the process as needed.
